Account access
Use password reset on the Bodyper sign-in screen. If Apple or Google sign-in is unavailable, email support from the address connected to your account.
→Export all your data
In Bodyper, open Profile → Settings → Account settings → Account data → Export my data and request a free account export. Generation can take up to 24 hours. Once ready, the data ZIP and any separate backed-up photo ZIP files are available for 24 hours; downloading requires a recent sign-in.
→Delete your Bodyper account
The safest route is inside the signed-in Bodyper app. This website will never ask for your Bodyper password.
→Subscription management
Purchases and cancellation are managed by the App Store or Google Play account that billed you. Deleting a Bodyper account cannot remove store transaction records held by Apple or Google.
Technical issue
Include your device model, operating-system version, Bodyper version and what you expected to happen. Never send passwords, access tokens or private health information.
