Download your Bodyper data

Your account data stays private. Download your ZIP securely from the Bodyper app—not from this website or an email attachment.

Open Bodyper on your phone

  1. Sign in to the same Bodyper account that requested the export.

  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account settings → Account data.

  3. Find your ready export, confirm your identity when asked, then download and save or share the ZIP.

Available for 24 hours

The download expires 24 hours after it is prepared. Check its expiry in the app. If it has expired, request a new export from Account data. Preparation can take up to 24 hours.

A notification, not a download link

The email does not grant access to your data. This page never asks for your password and cannot check whether an export is ready. Only Bodyper shows your account’s current export status.

No email—or didn’t request an export?

You can always check and download your export in the app without receiving an email. If you did not request one, review your account security in Bodyper and contact support.
