Delete your Bodyper account

The safest route is inside the signed-in Bodyper app. This website will never ask for your Bodyper password.

Delete in three steps

    Open Bodyper and sign in to the account you want to delete.

    Open Profile → Settings → Account settings → Account data → Delete account and all data.

  3. 3

    Review the irreversible confirmation, type DELETE (POISTA in the Finnish app), then confirm your identity with your sign-in method or a one-time code sent to your email.

What deletion does

Final confirmation revokes sessions, makes the account inaccessible and starts permanent deletion of Bodyper-controlled account data. The operational completion target is 24 hours. Failed external stages remain pending and retry instead of being reported as complete. Section 8 of the Privacy Policy lists what is kept afterwards and for how long.

If you used Sign in with Apple

Bodyper revokes its Apple access when it holds an Apple token for your account, and the deletion waits at most 24 hours for Apple to confirm. If Apple has not confirmed by then, or if Bodyper holds no token, for example because you already stopped using Sign in with Apple for Bodyper, your Bodyper data is still erased, without claiming that Apple access was revoked. To remove Bodyper yourself on iPhone, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Bodyper → Delete, then confirm. You can also manage connected apps at account.apple.com. This does not cancel your store subscription.

Cannot access the app?

Email support from the address used for Bodyper. If you used Hide My Email, include the Apple relay address connected to Bodyper. Support may need to verify the request before deletion can begin.
