How Bodyper handles your data
This operational overview explains the controls built into Bodyper. The final legal Privacy Policy still requires owner and legal approval before app-store release.
Account isolation
Workout, history, measurement, report and subscription data is scoped to the signed-in account. Client-side checks never grant access.
Offline data
Core training data is stored locally so Bodyper can work offline. Pending work remains isolated to its original account and synchronizes later without transferring to another account.
Export
A free privacy export contains account-owned data in a versioned ZIP with a manifest and checksums. It is separate from Pro performance-report exports.
Deletion
Deletion is permanent after final confirmation and covers Bodyper-controlled identity, workout, measurement, report, media, billing-link and operational data. Bodyper keeps no application-level recovery copy.
Infrastructure backups
Provider-controlled encrypted infrastructure backups are not an account-recovery feature. A restored backup is quarantined until later deletions are replayed and verified.
