Bodyper Terms of Use
Version: 1.2.0 Language: English (en) Effective at: 2026-10-14T18:30:00Z Status: Approved
Summary
-
When you use the Apple Watch or Wear OS companion, you can record workouts on the watch and sync them, with heart-rate and calorie readings on the watch and, during a workout, live heart rate on your phone, no GPS or routes and no raw sensor uploads to Bodyper's cloud. Saving workouts to Apple Health or Health Connect is a separate, optional choice.
-
Progress photos stay on your device unless you separately turn on optional photo backup. Agreeing to these Terms does not turn it on.
-
Bodyper is a fitness app for planning and recording workouts and body measurements and following your progress. It is provided by Perplatform Oy in Finland. It is not a medical service.
-
You can use Bodyper for free, with or without an account. Without an account, your data stays on your device. An account needs your separate, explicit consent to store your training data in our cloud service.
-
Premium is an optional subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. It adds longer and shorter progress periods, the year calendar, comparisons and insights, muscle analysis, goals, older reports and PDF and CSV performance reports. The last 30 days of your progress, your full history and your records stay free.
-
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the store.
-
You keep the rights to your own records. Use Bodyper lawfully and do not misuse the service.
-
Your statutory consumer rights always apply. Finnish law governs these Terms, and consumers keep the protection of the law of the country where they live.
-
These Terms are published in English. The app and support can still use Finnish.

1. Who provides Bodyper
Bodyper is provided by Perplatform Oy (Business ID 3568783-4), Vilkastuksenkatu 7, 20320 Turku, Finland. Contact: support@bodyper.com.
These Terms cover the Bodyper mobile app, Bodyper accounts, our website, cloud synchronization, the exercise catalogue, reports and support. They apply whether you use Bodyper with an account or without one (“guest use”). “We” means Perplatform Oy; “you” means the person using Bodyper.
Companion-device use is covered where available; section 3 describes the Wear OS companion separately.
Publishing these Terms does not release an app update or make every described feature available. Features depend on the app version, platform and compatible devices you use. These Terms do not mean that Apple or Google has approved a particular app or companion release.
support@bodyper.com is our single point of contact for users, and for the authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services under the EU Digital Services Act. You can write to us in English or Finnish. Messages are answered by people, not only by automated tools.
2. Your agreement and eligibility
You agree to these Terms by intentionally selecting Register, an email sign-in, Continue with Google or Continue with Apple on a screen that explains that this action means agreement and links to the current versions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. That action also records that the Privacy Policy was presented to you. Restoring an existing session, refreshing a sign-in or viewing a document is not agreement. If you already have an account when we publish a version with material changes, the app asks you to review and agree to it before you continue using your account (section 13).
You can also use Bodyper without an account. Intentionally selecting Continue without an account, with links to the current versions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy visible, means that you agree to these Terms for guest use and records that the Privacy Policy was presented to you. That record is kept only on your device and names the version and the links that were shown. Our servers do not receive it, because no account exists. If you later register or sign in, that action records the account's own agreement; your earlier guest agreement is not converted into an account record.
Accepting these Terms is not consent to every use of personal data. The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. The separate choice to allow cloud processing of your training and body-measurement data (section 4) is requested on its own and is not given by accepting these Terms or by buying Premium.
You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a Bodyper account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16. People under 16 can use Bodyper without an account, which keeps their data on their device; if the law where they live requires a parent or guardian to agree to these Terms on their behalf, that agreement is needed. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will close the account and delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. What Bodyper does
Feature availability depends on your app version, platform, compatible hardware and relevant choices. These descriptions govern your use when a feature is available; they do not guarantee every feature on every device.
Bodyper helps you plan and record workouts, browse exercise instructions and media, manage your own exercises and programs, record body measurements, and review your training history and progress. Depending on the exercise, records may use repetitions, load or assistance, duration, distance, intensity or an effort rating. Body measurements can be recorded one at a time or together as a check-in, with optional notes and left and right sides for the arms and legs. The Muscles tab estimates, from your recorded workouts and each exercise's muscle groups, how your training is spread across muscle groups. You can import workouts and body measurements from files you choose and export them as CSV files. Measurements and calculations depend on the information you enter or import; unit conversions and estimates are not independent measurements of your body or performance.
Bodyper is a general fitness-tracking tool. It is not a medical service or medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or individual clinical advice. Exercise media shows how a movement is done, not whether it is safe or suitable for you. Choose activities that suit your age, health and experience, and get qualified advice where needed. If you are under 18, train with the guidance of a parent, guardian, coach or other qualified adult. Stop an activity if it causes pain or other worrying symptoms. These statements do not exclude our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
We do not guarantee a particular fitness result, record, weight change or rate of progress. Charts, comparisons, averages, muscle analyses and reports describe the information recorded and can change when records are corrected, units change or calculations are fixed.
The optional Timer notifications setting is off by default. If you turn it on, your device can show a notification when a rest timer ends while Bodyper is not open on your screen. The optional Workout on lock screen setting, also off by default, shows the rest timer of an open workout on your lock screen, and with Show exercise and set details also the exercise and the next set, which anyone who can see your screen can then read. The lock screen offers to log a set only when the set already has your own values from the workout, and How to show your workout on the lock screen in Settings → Devices and alerts explains the phone settings that decide whether your lock screen shows it. Delivery and display depend on your device's settings and operating system. For example, Android battery optimization can delay a notification, especially if Alarms & reminders is not allowed for Bodyper in your device settings. Some manufacturers' battery settings, restarting your device or updating the app can also delay or prevent a notification. These features are conveniences, not guaranteed alerts: do not rely on them for safety or any other critical purpose. Check a set you log from the lock screen in the app. Bodyper does not send marketing or promotional notifications.
You can keep private progress photos on your device, compare them and choose to share an image. Optional cloud backup needs its own explicit choice in addition to cloud consent. You may add, change or clear an optional title, edit a photo's captured date and view, and link or unlink one of your existing measurement check-ins or individually selected readings, including standalone readings. Individual-reading links are separate from the check-in link. A date never selects a measurement automatically, and these edits do not alter the stored image. Gallery search, filters and statistics work from locally available records. A deleted or unavailable linked reading is shown as unavailable, not as a current value. Comparison changes use current, explicitly linked recorded measurements; Bodyper does not estimate body measurements from image pixels or guess missing readings. Photos and comparisons are not measurements or medical assessments.
Connection and saving options depend on your app version and platform. You may connect supported Apple Health or Health Connect data through separate device permissions. You may also turn on saving of your finished workouts, including workouts finished on your watch, to Apple Health or Health Connect; your phone then saves each workout once, with heart rate and active calories only when your watch measured them. On Apple Watch, workout recording and, when your phone does not save workouts, optional saving to Apple Health depend on device permissions and your saving choice. Declining Health access does not grant access by another route. Health data and device estimates can be incomplete or inaccurate; check imported records and synchronization status. Heart-rate and energy readings from a watch are device estimates, not medical measurements, and the live heart rate on your phone can be delayed or missing; do not rely on it for safety.
The Apple Watch companion can show workout details independently of the phone's lock-screen detail setting. The device-wide Show workouts on Apple Watch setting is on by default. A watch may retain local workout data until delivery is acknowledged, and an offline watch cannot receive a phone erase instruction until it reconnects.
Wear OS companion. When you use the Wear OS companion, you can record workouts on the watch and sync them, with heart-rate and calorie readings on the watch, no GPS or routes and no raw sensor uploads to Bodyper's cloud. Sensor readings are your choice and require the appropriate device permissions; account workout sync follows your separate cloud choice. Completed workouts reach your account either directly from the watch, using a watch session that you can disconnect, or through the paired Android phone. A delivery confirmation from the phone means the phone has saved the workout, not that it has reached the cloud. The watch keeps pending workouts until the phone or your account confirms them. Agreeing to these Terms grants neither device permissions nor consent to additional processing. Apple Watch's on-watch Apple Health saving options do not apply to Wear OS merely because you use a companion device.
Muscle-group maps and statistics estimate the distribution of your recorded training, not muscle activation, growth or health. Catalogue illustrations and Finnish guide labels are reference content, not measurements of you.
You add home-screen widgets yourself. Show my data in widgets is on by default and can be turned off. Widgets can show weight, check-in dates, workout information and weekly totals to people who can see your screen; iPhone widgets can also appear on your Mac. Controls and shortcuts open Bodyper, where you confirm any new record or workout. They do not save a reading or start a workout merely from a widget link. Lock Screen and StandBy visibility also depend on device protection and settings.
Your records start date changes the starting point for record calculations; it does not erase earlier workouts. Finalized reports keep their calculation context. If you move a workout to another device, saved versions, handoff notices and late-set recovery copies help you review conflicting work. A saved version is not automatically uploaded or included in the cloud account export; see the Privacy Policy for device-copy retention.
4. Accounts, guest use, security and offline use
Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in methods, your email account and your devices. Do not share your account or use another person's identity. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. We remain responsible for the security obligations that apply to us; this section does not transfer them to you.
Your Bodyper account and the Apple or Google store account used for a purchase are separate identities. Signing in to a different Bodyper account does not move your workouts or transfer a purchase to it.
You can connect more than one sign-in method, and an account always keeps at least one. Sign in with Apple is available on iPhone and iPad. If you turn Sign in with Apple off for Bodyper, for example in your Apple Account settings, an iPhone or iPad where you signed in with Apple signs you out when the app next checks with Apple, and we remove Apple from your sign-in methods if you have another way to sign in. If you delete your Apple Account while Sign in with Apple is your only way to sign in, you can no longer sign in, and we delete your Bodyper account and its data 30 days after the deletion Apple reports, unless you ask us before then to stop it by writing to support@bodyper.com (Privacy Policy section 8). To keep your account reachable, we recommend connecting a second sign-in method.
Without an account, Bodyper stores the data you create in a separate local guest area on your device. It is not uploaded to Bodyper's cloud or backed up by us. If you use a paired companion watch, selected workout information can be exchanged locally between your phone and watch as described in section 3. If you delete local guest data in Settings, uninstall the app, or lose or reset your device, the data is gone and we cannot recover it. The exercise catalogue, custom exercises, programs, workouts, history and corrections, body measurements, Free local statistics, the workout and measurement CSV imports and exports, and local settings work without an account.
These features require an account and show a sign-in or registration prompt when you open them without one: cloud backup and synchronization, including use on more than one device; Premium purchase, restore and every Premium feature; training goals; performance PDF/CSV exports and the report archive; account-data export and account deletion; in-app support forms and message history; and connected sign-in methods and account email. The support email address is available without an account.
Core workout logging and locally available history work offline. Changes are stored on your device and, for an account, synchronize when a connection and account authorization are available. A pending or failed synchronization is not proof that information has reached the cloud. Some operations, such as store purchases, account changes, changing goals and cloud exports, need a connection. The last complete, confirmed goal list can be read offline (Privacy Policy section 3).
Using a Bodyper account requires your separate, explicit consent to cloud processing of your training and body-measurement data. The app asks for it when you create an account or, for an existing account, before you continue using it. Selecting the sign-in or registration button does not give this consent. If you do not want cloud processing, you can use Bodyper without an account. If you later withdraw your consent, ordinary account use pauses while your cloud copies are erased; export, account deletion and support remain available. Being offline temporarily after giving consent is not the same as withdrawing it.
If you register or sign in on a device that holds guest data, you first complete the account's agreement and cloud-processing choice. Bodyper then lists the guest data by category, with every category preselected, and asks you to choose Upload to my account or Keep on this device only. Nothing is uploaded until you choose to upload. An upload adds the selected guest data to the account without overwriting existing account data; items are not merged or deduplicated by name, and conflicts, such as an open guest workout when the account already has one, are shown for you to resolve. If an upload is interrupted, the guest data stays on the device and the upload can resume. If you keep the data on the device, it stays in the guest area and is available again the next time the device is signed out of an account. You can review what is stored locally and discard guest data instead of uploading it, including a starter program created automatically. Discarding local data cannot be undone and does not delete the account's existing data. When you create a new account on such a device, your guest units, language, first day of the week and time zone become the account's profile settings.
Signing out does not necessarily erase workout information stored on the device. Uninstalling the app or resetting a device can lose information that has not been synchronized. Check the synchronization status and export information you want to keep before removing the app or your account. We do not promise to recover unsynchronized device data, but this does not limit your remedies for a failure for which we are responsible.

Monthly and annual subscriptions include the same features. The app shows the current feature description before you buy; read it before you buy.
This description of companion features does not guarantee availability on your device or during a subscription period. Check the current feature description shown before you buy.
The free account-data export for privacy purposes is separate from Premium performance reports; you never have to pay to exercise your privacy rights. Losing Premium does not delete your data: your programs, workouts, history and measurements stay available, and saved goals stay readable and deletable. Premium analyses become unavailable when Premium access ends.
6. Subscription purchase, renewal and cancellation
Where offered, monthly and annual Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the purchase, payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. The store's purchase screen shows the price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes and renewal terms before you confirm. These Terms do not set a worldwide price, and we do not offer a free trial; the free part of Bodyper is the Free experience in section 5.
A subscription renews automatically and the store charges you until you cancel it. Cancel in the subscription settings of the store account that made the purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund, revocation or other store decision ends it earlier. If the store cannot collect a renewal payment, Premium access pauses until the store reports that the payment succeeded. When you return to the app after managing your subscription in the store, the app checks your status with our server and shows it, for example the date until which a cancelled subscription stays active.
Deleting Bodyper, deleting your account, signing out or withdrawing a privacy consent does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store to stop future charges.
Our backend verifies paid access with the store. Restoring or reconciling a purchase can recover an eligible purchase for the Bodyper account it belongs to; it does not create a new purchase or let unrelated accounts share one purchase. On iOS there is a restore control; on Android, eligible purchases are reconciled without a separate button. Store or network problems can delay verification. The app can use a server-signed copy of your access status for a limited time while offline. Contact us if your access does not update.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Refunds and withdrawals are handled through the store's own process, such as Apple's Report a Problem or Google Play's refund process. Contact us about problems with the Bodyper service itself. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory right of withdrawal, sets a blanket no-refund rule or limits remedies you have under mandatory law.
Any price change follows the store's rules and applicable consumer law, including any required notice or consent. A price change never removes rights you already have for a paid period.
7. Your records and content
For progress photos, the permission below includes resizing and processing only to provide the service you request, within your privacy choices. Upload only photos of yourself or photos you have the right to use. We do not analyse photos, judge your appearance, draw health conclusions from pixels, or use your photos for advertising, publication, public sharing or AI training. You can choose to share your own local copy; this does not give us permission to publish it.
Guests cannot turn on photo backup. Guest progress photos stay on the device and are never included in Upload to my account.
You keep the rights you have in your workout records, notes, private exercises, measurements, progress photos, files you import and support messages. You permit us to store, copy, format, synchronize, display and export this material only as needed to provide and secure the service you request and to handle support, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices. Guest data stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you upload it to an account or include it in a support message. This permission does not give us ownership of your content or permission to sell your health information or publish your private exercises or photos.
Submit and import only content you are entitled to provide. Do not include another person's private information, passwords, identity documents or unnecessary health information in notes or support screenshots. In-app support attachments are private support material, not contributions to the public exercise catalogue.
8. Exercise media, software licence and acceptable use
Bodyper's software, branding, exercise animations, photographs, illustrations and instructions belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them within Bodyper for lawful personal training, subject to these Terms and the app-store terms (section 12). Measurement guide sheets and their language and theme variants are downloaded when needed, checked for file integrity and cached on your device for later offline use. An uncached sheet needs a connection to download. These are Bodyper's public reference illustrations, not your personal images. When you use Finnish-labelled illustrations and guide sheets, including light and dark variants, they are catalogue reference material. Their language or display style does not change your records or expand your rights to redistribute them. Downloading catalogue media for offline playback in the app does not give you a right to extract, sell, redistribute or publish it.
When you use Bodyper, you must not:
- break the law or infringe other people's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- upload or send illegal content or malicious software, or content that harasses or threatens others;
- impersonate another person;
- bypass access restrictions, access other people's records, scrape the service, or interfere with, overload or attack it; or
- use Bodyper to harm others.
Restrictions on reverse engineering, interoperability, security research or data extraction apply only as far as mandatory law allows them. You may freely use your own exported workout and measurement information.
Open-source components keep their own licences, which you can read in the app's licence information. These Terms do not limit the rights those licences give you.
9. Privacy choices and account deletion
You can delete individual progress photos in the app. The free account export includes available backed-up photos in separate parts and their current details, including linked reading IDs; photos kept only on the device are not in that server export. If you lose or reset the device or uninstall Bodyper, local-only photos cannot be recovered by us. Available backed-up photos can be shown and downloaded after a fresh install signed in to the same account.
The Privacy Policy explains which personal data we process, why, with whom, for how long, and your rights. Your consent to cloud processing covers the progress calculations and reports you request. Withdrawing it is separate from payment and does not cancel a store subscription.
You can request an account-data export without Premium, and you can delete your account in the app's account settings. Downloading an export and deleting your account require that you have confirmed your identity within the last 10 minutes, either with your sign-in method or with a one-time code sent to your account email address. Keep your email account secure: anyone with both your signed-in device and your mailbox could use such a code. If you cannot access the app, contact support@bodyper.com; we may ask for proportionate information to check that the request comes from you. The public website does not sign you in and cannot delete your account by itself.
Without an account, we hold no copy of your guest data, so there is no account export or server-side deletion to request for it. You can export workouts and measurements as CSV files on the device, delete all local guest data in Settings, and remove it by uninstalling the app. We cannot recover deleted guest data.
An account-export email, when available, tells you that the export you requested is ready and explains how to download it in the app. It does not contain the export file or give access to it. Check the app for availability and expiry even if an email is delayed or missing. Bodyper sends service-related emails, not marketing emails. Registering or requesting an export does not give us permission to send marketing.
An accepted deletion request restricts access immediately and cannot be undone. Export any data you want to keep first. If you used Sign in with Apple, the app explains how to remove Bodyper from your Apple Account settings in case we cannot do it for you. Store billing records remain the store's responsibility; cancel subscriptions separately. Copies on your devices and files you have saved or shared outside Bodyper are under your control.
Photo backup, Health access and saving to Apple Health are separate choices. Buying Premium or accepting these Terms does not switch them on. Withdrawing photo backup leaves measurements intact; withdrawing cloud consent also removes the offline goal copy and cloud photos. Account deletion does not recall shared files or automatically erase external Health copies.
10. Updates, changes and availability
We provide Bodyper in conformity with these Terms and applicable law, including the updates, among them security updates, that consumer law requires for you to keep using it. Network, store, maintenance or security incidents can interrupt the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but this does not limit your statutory rights to have the service brought into conformity, to a price reduction, to end the contract or to compensation.
We may change Bodyper when there is a valid reason, such as keeping it secure, complying with the law, keeping it compatible with supported operating systems and devices, replacing discontinued infrastructure, fixing errors or improving features. A change never costs you extra. If a change would negatively affect your access to or use of a paid feature more than in a minor way, we will tell you clearly and in good time before it takes effect, and you can end the subscription free of charge within 30 days and receive a refund for the rest of the paid period, as consumer law requires.
To detect and fix faults, the Bodyper app, our backend and our websites can send error and crash reports to our error-monitoring provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. Reports do not include your account identifier, email address, name or training data. In the app, Send crash reports in Settings → Data and privacy is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time, with or without an account.
You may stop using Bodyper at any time.
11. Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you choose to enter or import and for your exercise decisions. We are responsible for fulfilling this contract and our legal duties. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or for breaches of mandatory consumer or data-protection law. They do not require a consumer to compensate us for our own failure.
12. App-store terms
For iOS downloads, Apple's licence and store terms also apply. Unless another licence is shown in the App Store, see Apple's Standard EULA. Perplatform Oy, not Apple, provides Bodyper and its support, and Apple is not responsible for maintaining Bodyper. Google Play's terms similarly govern distribution and purchases through Google Play. These Terms govern your Bodyper account and the Bodyper service without removing mandatory rights you have against the party responsible for a purchase or service.
13. Changes to these Terms
Each published version has a stable archived copy with its version number and effective date. This version is in English. Privacy choices (Settings → Account settings) shows which version you agreed to and when, separately from the current version. For guest use, the version you agreed to is recorded only on your device, and there is no server history.
If a new version contains material changes, for example to your rights or obligations, to what is Free or Premium or to when an account can be closed, we tell you in the app and ask you to agree to it before you continue using your account, and we give any advance notice that the law requires before the change takes effect. Installing an app update or restoring a session never records agreement. Editorial changes, such as clearer wording or corrections that do not change the meaning, are published as a new version without asking you again, and Privacy choices shows that the documents were updated. A version number alone never replaces a notice that the law requires.
If you do not agree to an updated version, you can stop using Bodyper; exporting and deleting your data and contacting support remain available, and you can cancel a subscription in the store. Your statutory rights under section 10 also apply.
14. Reporting illegal content and our moderation decisions
This notice-and-action procedure also applies to private backed-up progress photos. It does not make them public or give staff unrestricted access to them.
Content you store in Bodyper, such as workout records, notes, private exercises and support messages, is private and is not published to other users. We do not review it routinely and do not use automated tools to moderate it. We act on notices, on orders from authorities and on problems we discover while providing support or keeping the service secure.
If you believe that information stored in Bodyper is illegal, email support@bodyper.com with “Illegal content notice” in the subject line and include:
- why you consider the information illegal;
- where exactly it is, for example the account email address, the screen or the message, so that we can find it;
- your name and email address, unless the notice concerns child sexual abuse material; and
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.
We confirm that we received your notice, review it diligently and objectively, without automated decision-making, and tell you our decision and how you can seek redress.
Apart from deleting an account after its Apple Account is deleted, as described in section 4, we may remove or disable access to content, or suspend or close an account, only where this is necessary and proportionate: because the content is illegal, because it seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, or to respond to fraud, a security threat or a binding legal requirement. Where appropriate, we first warn you and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem. When we restrict your content or account, we send you a statement of reasons that explains what we restricted and for how long, the facts and the legal or contractual ground we relied on, whether we acted on a notice, and how you can challenge the decision. You can challenge it by replying to that message or by writing to support@bodyper.com; a person will review the decision again, and you can always take the matter to a competent court. A restriction does not remove your data-protection rights, such as exporting or deleting your data, or your rights under mandatory consumer law.
15. Governing law, complaints and language
Finnish law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you habitually live.
Please contact support@bodyper.com first so that we can try to solve the problem. If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live or in Finland, and we can bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country where you live, wherever consumer law gives you this protection. Consumers in Finland can get help from the Consumer Advisory Services, and consumers in other EU countries from the European Consumer Centre in their country. After first making a written complaint to us, for example by email, a consumer can refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta), which is free of charge and whose decisions are recommendations. These routes do not prevent you from going to court.
These Terms are published in English, including when you use the app in Finnish. The language of the app or support does not change the language of these Terms. Contact support@bodyper.com if you need an accessible copy or help understanding them. Mandatory consumer protections, including the interpretation of unclear terms in your favour where required by law, remain unchanged.
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in force. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory law. We will not transfer this contract to another company in a way that reduces your rights.
